Behavioral Coding in a Social Psychology Lab
Interested in research on romantic couples or social interactions? Want to get some experience doing behavioral coding in a social psychology lab? We’re looking for a team of volunteer research assistants to do some behavioral coding on a set of videos of couples interacting in the lab. No experience required, but you must have good attention to detail and a high level of conscientiousness. We will train you on how to watch videos of live interactions and make ratings about the social behaviors occurring. This task will take place in our lab in Davie Hall. Please apply at the application link ASAP. The task will start at the beginning of the summer (May-June) and likely continue into July. We’re looking for 6-8 hours/week of volunteered time. Feel free to reach out to me (kyliec@live.unc.edu) with questions.
