Research Assistant in Organizational Behavior

Hello! I am hoping to hire one to three RAs for the fall semester. Ideal candidates will have a background or interest in psychology or related social science fields. Past RAs I have worked on have gone on to PhD programs or other research related careers.

I am an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior Department. I study how people handle and respond to moral situations in organizations. I graduated with an undergrad in Psych from Penn State and received my PhD at Wharton/UPenn.

I have a few projects I need research assistance with. Tasks include collecting data from online sources, conducting literature reviews, reviewing manuscripts for submission and more. Workload will fluctuate from week to week and is somewhat flexible.
