Undergraduate Hourly Lab Position in Image Analysis

This is a temporary lab position in the Cellular Mechanisms of Auditory Neural Information Processing Laboratory directed by Dr. Paul Manis. The lab is seeking a UNC undergraduate majoring in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or similar discipline to develop a graphic user interface for alignment and registration of three-dimensional microscopic images. Specifically the project is to use established software libraries to produce a Matlab or Python interface to be used for reducing chromatic aberration errors during image analysis. This will be an hourly paid position.
