Department: Chemistry
NOx is the sum of NO2 and NO in the atmosphere. Air samples were collected on a diurnal cycle from the Duke field site. Samples are collected on quartz filters. NOx concentrations vary at different parts of the day which will have an affect of the air. Gas chromatography will be used to determine the composition of chemicals on the samples to determine the effects.
