Finding Clinical Research Opportunities

Clinical research is a type of science that helps us understand human diseases, test the safety and effectiveness of strategies to prevent and treat illness and promote health.  This session will introduce the different types of clinical research, career pathways, and how to apply your current skills to roles in clinical research.  The session will end with steps to take to continue exploration of clinical research careers. This session is similar to the one hosted in September but will feature Ashwini Roy-Chaudhury, MPH MA, Director, Clinical Research Support and Operations, Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research, as a speaker.
