Academic and Professional Development Career Building Event

03/21/2024

The Academic and Professional Development Career Building Event will be held on March 26 in Genome Sciences G-010, at 6pm. Attendees will be connected with students from all backgrounds, from freshmen to seniors to faculty and staff from major UNC departments and academic pathways (like Pre-Med, Pre-Health, MEJO, Public Policy, STEM, Business etc.) so they may plan their Carolina journey with the best information, and gain guidance on professional opportunities after graduation.

Additionally, with the support of University Career Services (UCS) Assistant Director of Internships, Kelsey Williams, participants for the event will also receive information on finding internships, and how UCS can help students develop their professional skills like interviewing, resume building, LinkedIn creation, and much more.

All students are welcome at this CLE event, with resources available for new students (freshmen, transfers) and established Tarheels (Juniors, Seniors). Insomnia cookies will also be provided, and gift cards can be won!
