Call for Abstracts for SLAM-DUNC

The Duke/UNC Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center is sponsoring its third annual symposium, which will be held at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC, from September 12-13, 2024.

The Symposium for Learning about Alzheimer’s disease-related Medical research at Duke and UNC (SLAM-DUNC) is focused specifically on trainees, including undergrads, graduate students, nursing and health professions students, residents, fellows, postdocs, lab staff, and early-career faculty, and students, and the symposium welcomes a broad range of basic, clinical, and translational sciences research related to Alzheimer’s and dementia. Students whose abstracts are selected will give 10-minute talks on their research at the symposium. The submission deadline for abstracts is May 31, 2024 at 11:59pm.
