Post Date

Description

The purpose of this study is to examine hiring discrimination in marketing jobs, particularly examining how mothers and women that are perceived as potential mothers do in hiring processes. I am looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient volunteers to assist with the data collection, which involves submitting fictitious job applications to real job openings. Volunteers will be working remotely. Hours are flexible but volunteers should be able to commit to at least 5 hours a week.

This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a research project. If you are interested, please send your CV and availability to tcabello@unc.edu along with a short summary of why you are interested in this opportunity.
