My presentation will focus on a couple of variables: NGOs, FDI inflows, trade openness - constant prices, per capita income, and abuses. These variables will clearly illustrate that globalization, although largely viewed as nothing more than a way for companies to maximize their profits at their workers' expense, actually benefits workers and the global economy. NGOs tend to serve as watchdogs, forcing a number of Chinese to abide by rules that were previously never enforced. This, along with its incredible economic advantages, makes globalization good for China and the rest of the world.
